Our company is looking for experienced CCTV operators/lateral launcher professionals to join our growing company!

The CCTV Operator position consists of operating and inspecting our CCTV Units, televising storm pipes, sewer pipes or any other type of pipeline inspection we might be hired to do.

Essential Functions

Job Qualifications

The Vacuum Truck Operator position consists of operating various types of trucks, including tractor-trailers, roll-off trucks, dump trucks, and refrigerated trailers.

  • Transport goods and materials to designated locations in a timely manner.
  • Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment.
  • Follow all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safe and efficient transportation.
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on trucks to ensure they are in proper working order.
  • Communicate with dispatchers and other team members to coordinate delivery schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel usage.

  • Maintains vehicle functional condition by reviewing the DVIR’s (Driver Vehicle Inspection Report)
  • Conducting routine vehicle inspections; repairing mechanical and electrical systems malfunctions; replacing parts and components
  • Complies with FMCSA vehicle requirements by testing engine, safety, and electrical control standards.

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Underground Utility Construction Workers. As part of our crew, you will play a vital role in the installation and maintenance of underground utilities. Responsibilities include working alongside crew members, operating construction equipment, performing manual labor tasks, and ensuring the safe and efficient completion of projects.


  • Be considered a subject matter expert in the field of utility design and be experienced with infrastructure utility coordination and construction techniques.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related degree field.
  • Experienced use of Microstation, Projectwise, OpenRoads, AutoCAD.
  • Experienced with ASCE standard governance of Subsurface Utility Engineering.
  • Experience with a variety of design standards for water, sewer, gas, petroleum, electric, communications.
  • Experience with different construction techniques and constructability of Utilities and associated Civil aspects in Design-Build projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Ability to organize and handle multiple project assignments.
  • Ability to travel to assignments based on business needs.
  • Ability to freely access all points of a construction site in wide-ranging climates and environments.


  • This opportunity will support project pursuits and awarded projects by coordinating and managing Utility Design and SUE on a variety of Kiewit’s largest projects.
  • Perform utility relocation conflict analysis on large infrastructure projects.
  • Participate in project or pursuit meetings, including those onsite when necessary.
  • Prepare Issued for Estimating (IFE) deliverable packets including conceptual relocation plans and spec packages.
  • Participate in handoff meeting of IFE documents to estimating team.
  • Coordination and oversight of consultant design and SUE resources.
  • Review & comment on Utility Owner design submittals.
  • Facilitate constructability reviews with Utility Coordinator counterpart, ensure designs are compatible with construction sequence and methods.
  • Provide input on Design Fee estimates for pursuits, coordinate with cost estimating group.
  • Provide input on design and pre-construction schedule.
  • Perform Technical Risk Assessment for pursuits being evaluated; involves reading and interpreting contract documents, identifying risks, and recommending mitigation techniques.
  • Create & manage file structures for design working files, deliverables, and reference documents.
  • Understand and confirm all work is performed according to Kiewit standards.
  • Participate at required steps of Design Quality Management Plan; including but not limited to, IDR, checking, backchecking, verifying.
  • Interface with client and Utility Owner representatives.

Our Company is seeking Construction Laborers to join our team! The ideal candidate is able to work well within a team, capable of performing multiple tasks, and interested in taking on additional responsibilities. The Construction Laborer will work directly with the supervisor, and their duties will include basic labor such as moving materials and equipment, assisting with equipment maintenance, cleanup, and other duties as assigned. This is a full-time position with overtime expected, and paid weekly.


  • Underground utility installation, underground and aboveground tank installation, pipe laying, pipe plumbing, heavy maintenance, demo, install fueling equipment, concrete, etc.
  • Minimum 2 years of construction experience preferred.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must have a positive attitude, be reliable, and work well with others.
  • Mobility to stand, bend, and kneel repeatedly or for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Take pride in one's work and completing tasks/projects.
  • Out of town work periodically required (weekdays).
  • May be subject to drug testing.
  • Be able to lift somewhere between 40 and 80 pounds.
  • Maintain safe working conditions on the construction site.
  • Know how to work with various machinery and tools.
